If one reads the history of Hochul the Horrible as I have. You'll find out that she's similar to that asshole Kamala Harris. Like Harris, Hochul, just lucked out by being at the right place at the right time.

So why did Big Tish, the Manhattan fatass, use taxpayer funds for travel to Puerto Rico for herself and some other "guests" (at least twice) and stay at a $10k per night resort hotel?
