So why did Big Tish, the Manhattan fatass, use taxpayer funds for travel to Puerto Rico for herself and some other "guests" (at least twice) and stay at a $10k per night resort hotel? The perfect logic Supreme Court decision is that state gun laws violate 2A as an instant infringement as not a states right along with it violating the 14th with not every citizen having the same gun rights nationwide.

The only way National Reciprocity would work for gun owners is to require ALL 50 states, AND US Territories and Possessions (where the US Constitution Second Amendment DOES apply), would be if those of us who are licensed in our home state can carry ANY firearm we legally own, - the same as retired LEO's can do right now.
None of that limited allowable handguns in CA off their commie list. None of that no hollow point BS in NJ. None of that 10 round horseshit either.
Now, the specifics of making that work??? There is where the fun would start. Would that mean that for me, as a resident of SC for example, that I could carry a handgun I own legally here in SC that holds 15 rounds in New Yorkistan, while a resident NYS CCW holder could not carry that same make and model gun in New Yorkistan? Or how unfair would it be if residents of other states could legally carry in NYC without the specific NYC permit, and upstate NY residents could not? Or, if I drive into NJ to visit, and my SC legal handgun has hollow points? And that people from the other states could carry guns that are NOT in the New Yorkistan registry? Oh, the horror! I can imagine Whorecul's head exploding and those eyebrows unleased like some alien monster on the loose.
