Infringe me harder, Daddy!
I like my infringement like I like my men...
There's a joke in there somewhere but I can't think of one at the moment.

There is one: It is called ignore.Maybe the admins here could come up with some kind of 'idiot filter' for ignorant posts.
FOH!Mass killings cannot be stopped, but why give the killer the advantage of a weapon which cycles quickly, carries multiple rounds, and can be reloaded easily? Sure, a pump, revolver, lever, or bolt action will kill but no way it can even come close to a semi.
I carry a semi or revolver for personal protection. I would happily give up the semi if it would lead to a (slow) reduction in the availability of that type of weapon.
When I use to hunt, absolutely no one carried a semi-automatic rifle since this would result in mocking their marksmanship or competence with a firearm. The goal was always one shot and done.
Why? You think Brian Huggins is going to listen?Send a message to your assemblyman and senator.

If you're trying to reduce the number of killings in the US, a semi-auto ban is the wrong approach.Mass killings cannot be stopped, but why give the killer the advantage of a weapon which cycles quickly, carries multiple rounds, and can be reloaded easily? The troll accomplished what it wanted. Got a rise out of everyone. Good job.
Day's not over.Lol it's about the only thread in recent memory where we were all united and not arguing with each other.
Thanks OP!

As citizens we have followed the rules as bestowed upon us by management for years. The company has gone to shit and just about bankrupt. Management continues to blame the rank and file for their generational failures, but they all have golden parachutes.I agree with the OP's opening statement "Mass killings cannot be stopped" and that is a major reason why people need firearms to protect themselves and others! We (USA) have been kinda lucky as the mass shootings we've had here are mostly from poorly trained 'lone wolf' types. What would happen if a few of these despicable bastards got together and managed to get into a concert or football game? But here I am preaching to the choir and the OP is probably long gone and would never understand anyway. Oh well
There are plenty being spoke about at the federal level as well. The thread is about giving up assault rifles and NYS already did so I assumed this was federal speak, but yes you’re correct on Huggins being a US rep.Higgins is a US rep. Pending gun control bills are at the state level.
I don't know this Brad Fosser, but he could not be more wrong.
One of those Fake news... Bots, spewing the agenda! lol
Im in. My only provision is you attach these requirements to the right to vote and to all accredited journalists in this country as well who publish articles for the public to read. Do that and I'll comply. Promise...
I actually think its kind of fun in a weird morbid sense. I like to see how far down the rabbit hole some of these threads go. Its like a bad train wreck, horrible to watch but you just can't look away.... lol.
After 9/11 we didnt ban airplanes or blamed Boeing instead we strengthened the secured perimeters around airports.
Yet any thug, lunatic or terrorist can walk inside a school unchallenged and start shooting. Why nothing has been done about that?
Maybe fellow travellers are more important than our children? Maybe this is done on purpose so more of these disasters can take place and use them as opportunities to push for radical agendas? That is criminal in itself.
And don't tell me we cannot protect a school when we can protect airports and court houses among other things.
I also blame all of us and all progun organizations for not organizing a massive protest to get those security zones up. Real ones. We are fucking complacent.
Start calling those and demand action.
Bitching online achieves nothing.
Ban semiautos? Fuck you.
My body, my choice.
