Let me ask you this.The only thing that counts is recognizing that the word built qualifies as an accurate description and in place of assembled if decidedly chosen for the original post. What really didn't matter is your choice to steer away from that fact towards the irrelevancy that you keep pushing of what a stripped lower receiver is regarded by law. again. again. and over again.
4 guys from Bushmaster design a barrel from scratch, a receiver, ect and put it together. They forged it with heat, water, hammers, presses, ect. Once together, they built the rifle.
You guys just go on the internet and order parts and claim you built the rifle after assembling it with parts made and forged from those guys.
It's hilarious that you think it's the same.
