Chances of seeing any signage are going to be slim, if not at all. In this lib run state, do you really expect to see gun welcome signs? No business owner is going to post one in fear of pissing off the anti gun crowd.

The comment was in reference to an earlier post regarding 1 persons wish to obtain a permit, hence the lawsuit. If there were any hope of obtaining one with the Bruen decision downstate then, it is certainly squashed with the restrictions put in place now.

Yeah, you're right. They'll plead it down to Parking on Pavement and you'll walk with a fine. It's not like the State Police, the people enforcing this, put out a statement saying there will be "zero tolerance".

My county stopped accepting pistol permit applications because the judges complained that their jobs got harder. I don't have a lot of confidence in them bucking the system to protect my civil rights.

And it’s literally in black and white saying it’s a felony to carry here, there, and nearly everywhere. You just had the state police on TV saying zero tolerance so how could they not charge you? He doesn't need to reference case law at all. The new "laws" state specifically that its a felony to carry in sensitive places. The State Storm Troopers put it right out there that there will be "zero tolerance" on this.

Its always possible that a DA will allow it to be plead down, but there is absolutely no guarantee of that.
