I think the constitution is quite clear that it is solely the states responsibility.
The feds have no business interfering at all.
The constitution's remedy for what has happened is to eliminate all the federal agencies that aren’t sanctioned by it, and to prosecute everyone involved.
Not only does the constitution prohibit the federal government from interfering in elections, it doesn't even allow them to have the capacity to do so.
If the federal government was limited to the scope the constitution intended, the it wouldn't matter how corrupt they were, they wouldn't have the power to cause problems.
To an extent, correct. There are a few guidelines in the big document about elections. The more important is talking about ELECTION DAY, not election week or month, early voting, direct violation of the Constitution.

The last 2 elections were not conducted in accordance with the constitution. I think that means they were invalid.
The constitution's biggest fault is that while it does an excellent job describing how things should be done, it includes no remedy for when things aren't done the way it requires other than "shoot the bastards".
Each state is to determine how the voting will be done. Not reps of the state.

Well we certainly don't want to pull a Mexico and have a revolving door of shitbag dictators after a series of revolutions.
However find amusing (and bewildering) that Trump is accused of being a dictator. The man sat back and did nothing to stop his political opponents and was indeed defeated by them. Not something that dictators tend to nor are they big on brokering international peace talks nor roll back regulations. I'd say Trump is the polar opposite of a dictator.
All this being said I fail to see h9w any ordinary citizen would want to continue our current state of affairs in which a small, powerful elite are free to collude amongst one another to consolidate power and wealth at the great expense of the public they erroneously claim to serve.
It is time to withdraw our consent to be governed and stand up against the mindless, shrieking thrills of the the establishment.
The Founding Father's and the Constitution have made it quite clear what is expected of us.

The 1st 3 of those assume the constitution is still being upheld.
The 4th is the only one for use when it isn't.

This is why I advocate for private ownership of military grade hardware. Difficult to oppresss the citizenry when the neighborhood watch has an M1 Abrams and a Patriot missile system at their disposal. I am completely serious about that too. I believe in the formation of community militias to which the latest military weapons and tech are dispersed. Then we abolish the department of homeland defense. How do you explain our victory in the Revolutionary War to begin with then? The British Empire was the most powerful, best equipped, best trained and motivated political and military force the world had every known.
I think it would be successful if we had the balls to do it honestly. We had martial superiority in Veitnam, Iraq and Afghanistan yet look how much trouble we have had. Large , centralized organizations are at a disadvantage in asymmetric warfare.

Both sides had similar weaponry. Wars were a lot slower back in those times. It took months to cross the Atlantic, something the Colonial army didnt have to deal with. Look, not taking anything away from the Colonial army, it was a remarkable feat but there was more equal footing between the British and us. With todays military and tech, it'd be hard to field anything that could compete. I dont think any uprising would be feasible unless the military turns a blind eye or is actually active in the uprising.

Third: paper ballots, signed for by the person voting. And witnessed by a polster. Signatures must match whats on record No ballot is allowed to leave the polling place, no additional ballots allowed after 9pm, all ballots must be counted and certified by 8am Sunday morning.
Fourth: ABSENTEE ballots must be requested, with a signature, placed in sealed envelope and delivered no later than voting day. You have plenty of time to get your shit together. If you can mail your bills in on time, you can vote on time
Fifth: anyone---- ANYONE caught cheating, is mandatory 10 yrs in jail and a $500,000 fine.
Sixth: after the election, win or lose, whoever put up all the political signage, must remove them within 7 days after the election. Failure to do so will result in garbage pick up-fees sent to your campaign. You had the energy and drive to put them out there, you better have the energy to go get them
Seventh: after being elected, ( I don't care how you got your money before being elected) every politician, while in office, must post there income taxes for the public to see. Just like in the stock market. Transparency is paramount.

I would heartily disagree with wit equal footing part. The British military's superiority over the colonial forces was equal in magnitude to the disparity between our military and the Afghans. Notice the pattern here. When a vastly superior power attacks in earnest an inferior one it loses legitimacy. The victory either way is a political one. Determination, courage and a willingness to sacrifice is what it takes.
