It's powerful for it's size. I cut through stuff I probably shouldn't. These weren't just limbs, these were the size of a small tree themselves. Everything you see in the photos was cut off a very large maple tree.I’ve been eyeing that pole saw. I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts on it.
The head clogs up and you have to tap it to get the saw dust out. It eats bar oil quick, but I was taxing it hard.
The trigger snapped off. I still have enough to work it, but a bummer. It is just plastic and it was cold. I think I hit it again some smaller limbs when I was tapping the sawdust out. Id say it's 50/50 user error and poor design. I'm going to see if Ryobi will send me a new trigger. I'm happy with it otherwise. It still works, but it's harder to pull the trigger
Comes with a great sling. It could probably double as a single point for you ar.
Overall I would give it 9/10 if the trigger didn't break. Id still give it a 6/10 with that.
The 14" chainsaw I've had for a few years now. Punches above it's weight. That's a 9/10. I take one point off because it leaks bar oil.
I also have a Ryobi leaf blower and lawn mower that run in the 40v system. I like them all.
