I was just looking at complete uppers the other day. Id really love a 7.62x39 and the anodized ones always catch my eye but then the thought of a fixed mag or a featureless build kill my want in a hurry.

I've made my peace with the Thordsen stocks. I have some kind of mental defect that makes me want to find a work around every time NY goes full retard.I was just looking at complete uppers the other day. With a goofy stock and a cap over the muzzle threads, it's almost like a real rifle again.
I had an issue with some of the 223 brass making too thick of a neck when it's resized to 300 blackout. Still doing research and might get started with neck turning.

I went to an auction today and carted home a heavy and large bench mount drill press (old one from the 60's) and some swinging steel targets that I doubt are AR steel and brand new 5' box blade, all for $750.

We've had a System 2000 for about 18 years, burning oil. It's running 4 zones and hot water. It's been fantastic.
We put one in an old house 20+ years ago and it was flawless. Knew I would eventually do one in this house. They’re pricey but worth it.
Roll of targets and a brick of .22, cheap and cheerful.

Yes 22LR. Not expensive at all, was $649. Noticeably less than the CZ457 22LR and slightly more than the tikka T1X 22LR I was also looking at.

My LGS had 2 HK CC9 ‘s in so I did what any HK fan would do . Online they’re 1k and more , (has to be an availability thing) , picked it up for $649 + tax obviously. My first “micro 9 “ and will go fill out nicely with my VP9 and VP9SK . Covered for all seasons now. Pics once I decide on an optic and I get my permission slip back
