I'm going to give the cautious benefit of the doubt on this hoping that Trump is just trying to find a way to neutralize some of the climate change alarmists. He has openly called it a fraud in the past and during the campaign. Maybe he can build a relationship and control them on HIS terms rather than being completely adversarial. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
