Have any of you that have gotten your PA nonresident in Milford done so with a NY license that had restrictions? A coworker just got his in NY and wants to get a PA one but he said his is restricted. I'm assuming they'll take a NYC carry the same as they'll accept a NYS one.

Nothing exciting just a Smith & Wesson 22A-1 for plinking and to get my kids comfortable shooting. My daughter turned 21 last month and I'd like her to go for her CCW and this would be a good way to get her started shooting.

Dropped it off at the county offices this afternoon so I'll call it dropped off tomorrow, January 30th.

I'd love for one of the "pro-2a" county clerks or sheriffs we've had to actually process these in a timely manner.
