BATFE is working to make sure you have one of their Licenses to sell a gun...You may not need one, but someone with one does to process the transaction.
Personally, I don't give a fuck if you sell one or one thousand without out any sort of Licenses or permission, but doing so could result in interactions with those that do and have the ability to put your ass in Jail...THOSE are the hearts and minds that have to be changed.

No MS13 or likely any other Gangs are concerned with Lawful Sales, and this is what the liberals use against the 2A as reason for increasing the Laws against sales or persons owning guns, it's ironic that those Laws invariably effect those least likely to commit a crime with a gun.
The NY Legislature KNOWS and even put in the Justification of the Law that Guns are obtained illegally from sources out of NY/NYC, and those guns are used by Blacks, Minorities, in "underserved" communities...they know good and fucking well that NY Dealers/FFL's aren't the problem, neither are the Citizens, especially those with State issued Carry Licenses, yet those are the very people taking the brunt of the Legislation.
You can keep carping the 2A don't need no licenses, but I can assure you that not going to fly any farther that announcing you're a sovereign Citizen at a Traffic stop.

NYSRPA has to rebuild their funds, and find the right case before jumping into the fray...the NRA put in over two million into the Bruen SCOTUS Case (which was a hell of a feat getting it to SCOTUS) and they are working to get back there, but shit takes painful amounts of time, unless you're attacking Trump; that goes to Trial right away.
