I think she has demonstrated amply, time and time again that she doesn't care a whit about her legal standing.Fat ass has zero legal standing to do so .
Stumped? Most likely denying more than one purchase per week /day/ monthOK has anyone experienced this....My daughter went to buy ammo at walmart and passed no problem ( as I would have expected) that was sunday but today she goes to runnings to buy some more and gets delayed...now can a person pass no problem one day then get a delay less than a week later??? How can different result happen with the same supposed system everbody is using or should be using. Im confused.... she say she may go to walmart again and just see what happens..... I dont get how that can happen!!!!!
IM stumped.
They are not denying they are delaying and 99.9999% come back proceed within a day or two. It's just a flawed f'd up system. I personally think that is on purpose and by design.Stumped? Most likely denying more than one purchase per week /day/ month
Hey! You mean Hochul's ammo regs are going to other States? You can run but you can't hide!! NYS is the Empire State!! Understand that you other States! Comply or else!!
One cannot buy more than 100 rounds of .50 caliber ammo, and no more than 1000 rounds for other types of ammunition in a five-day period, according to the bill’s sponsors.

Should the AMMO Act be passed, individuals will face restrictions on bulk purchases of ammo, depending on the type of ammunition.www.thegatewaypundit.com
So they just have to wait a bit longer prior to committing mass murder now. Great and I’m sure they are thinking the FBI will catch them if they delay it but we all know how wonderful the FBI is at watching people….commit mass murder and then saying we were watching him but…..

I agree but many will be pleased by it. If there’s no tracking it does solve some issues but I agree with you. No thanks and I’ll travel to buy mine.Compromise? Umm... no.
Outright states that people will travel out of state to buy ammo regardless.
Folks, this is an example of how we got where we are today.
The main reason for tracking is to create a backdoor registry ....Next all reloading will be bannedI agree but many will be pleased by it. If there’s no tracking it does solve some issues but I agree with you. No thanks and I’ll travel to buy mine.
Well aware of the backdoor registration and that’s why I refuse to participate. The main reason for tracking is to create a backdoor registry ....Next all reloading will be banned
No registry does solve some issues, but not enough for me to go back to buying ammo in NY.I agree but many will be pleased by it. If there’s no tracking it does solve some issues but I agree with you. No thanks and I’ll travel to buy mine.
The problem is that the FFL MUST keep a record of all ammo sales with all the information that is used on the ammunition background check. That record can be looked at by the State police anytime they feel like checking on the FFL simply because they can check for compliance on every aspect of the business for whatever reason.Well aware of the backdoor registration and that’s why I refuse to participate.
What I’m saying is if they pass this one background check per year thing it will largely solve that issue. By this I mean I get the background check for my 9mm since my pistol is on my permit then I buy all the ammo for the other guns I own that are t registered with the state
As it stands today but if there is only one ammo background check required yearly as this new bill proposes that could go away and it could be tracked/recorded only once potentially. I know what’s occurring now and what the current law says. I was simply saying hypothetically this new law proposed could appease some folks and I’d even say most folks. The problem is that the FFL MUST keep a record of all ammo sales with all the information that is used on the ammunition background check. I understand what you are saying but can't see where the state will give up forcing FFL's to keep a log, check or no check. As it stands today but if there is only one ammo background check required yearly as this new bill proposes that could go away and it could be tracked/recorded only once potentially. A guy in our hunting party is from Rhode Island and either there or in a neighboring state they have to get a card issued to them to buy ammo?! cant remember the exact state but he was talking about it last weekend.
There wasn't any compromise from down State Legislators that passed this irrespective of the Opposition from the rest of the State.another NRA Compromiser ..
Which is but one of the 31 reason why Dealers are throwing in the Towel, and when the Box Stores get tired of tying up their associates and management (ALL users of the State's system have to be registered, trained, certified, and accountable) for ammunition that they make a paltry return on, will also quit selling ammunition (and likely guns as well) then we're really going to be fucked, you WILL have to travel or make special (expensive) arrangements...The problem is that the FFL MUST keep a record of all ammo sales with all the information that is used on the ammunition background check.
