    I tend not to argue w/ shipping prices. I thought that it meant it was coming expedited or something. I've seen enough shipping on Amazon to think that. I thought I had a deal on the mag at $35 until shipping hit, so I expected to see it soon.

    Finally got a vehicle to replace the Subaru - 2011 Chevy Equinox AWD. Wife loves it, so she can have it and I'll work towards my truck :D

    @NYGuns, Not for nothing, but I notice Cleck's page loads very slowly, but none of the other profile pages seem too. Don't know if thats a problem on my end or what.

    Yeah, I've noticed the same thing too, maybe I'm taking up too much bandwidth w/ my long and drawn out conversations.

    @NYGuns I'll tell you what - when I can comfortably afford to buy a DEagle w/out getting roasted by the wife, I'll let you come shoot mine. Until then, you're just gonna have to be butthurt :D

    She uses it around the house sometimes, but never directed at me. It's weird/funny to hear a 9yo girl say "fuck" and then 2 minutes later, see her dancing or doing something totally innocent, haha.

    I don't understand why anyone gets so butthurt over language these days. Unless you're a super religious freak, I see no reason why you can't just ignore swear words. Some people say they're for dumb people, and some people say it's a form of higher/creative intelligence. Either way, read it or don't, but move on.

    Yeah, and the deal was simply too good to pass up. On sale on Amazon for $200, down from $250. 4-12x40 w/ lift to zero turrets. I had settled on the Vortex 4-12x50 AO until I saw that. Missing the extra features, but the quality can't be beat for the money. Figure I'm still getting a better deal.

    Personally I doubt your level of skill and role for this rifle doesn't "need"(I hate that term) a larger objective. But considering your on a budget I agree the cheaper one with better rings and bases.

    Well, my hope is that I grow into it rather than buying the BDC and outgrowing it and needing to spend another 200-300 for a scope on this gun. When I replaced the clutch on my race car a few years ago, I could have bought a streetable unit for $300ish, but I ended up buying a $500+ on that took all of the abuse that I eventually threw at it and more.
