Not sure what you mean by any of this....you still have to register your pistol on your permit...you still have to ship it to a FFL dealer where you fill out a 4473 so what is this internet loophole you speak of? Unless you just mean sales tax?

Awesome shooting ....if she ever wants a bench rifle let me know I have Bob Barnharts championship .22 rifle and 45X Leupold scope with a one piece rest that I would sell to a deserving kid like this....downside is it isn't cheap....

I have had those magguts conversions for years...they have been nothing but perfect

Make sure you have a "permanent" 10 round mag installed...like a Pmag from magpul and then you should be good to go
