Ok everyone thanks for the input. I will definitely simplify it. The only reason I added in the part about the psychiatric patients was due to a couple of emts had done so when they submitted their letter under the old judge, who was harder on permit holders, and got approval.

The new judge is supposedly pro gun just not sure why he left them on. The old judge you had to list the restrictions.

Restricted but was told to submit letter and the judge is removing them. Supposedly has to do with the old judge and when I submitted. Because I listed them they were put on. I know they are hideous!

Picked up this morning. Happier than a pig in shit. Had to wait for the second pistol to arrive this afternoon then went and added them both on and brought them home!

A little update. Called this morning to the clerks office and they confirmed that is off to the judge for his signing. May be this week or next week to have in hand. I have a xds in 9mm on order as well as an m&p 40c. Those should be here next week I am guessing.
