These are not banned… This law only reclassifies “others” as weapons No where in these ridiculous laws does it say they are banned . If it does please show me because I’ve read these over a dozen times and that’s how I interpret this.

The bill about requiring dealers to maintain 2 years of video surveillance is impossible. there is no security system that stores recordings for 2 years… This is disgusting

You’re not really building an other. You’re buying a receiver that you can either build a rifle or pistol. “Other” described how FFL transfer it because at the time of purchase, even though it is considered a firearm , it is neither a handgun nor a long gun until it’s built.

But guns like Shockwaves and stripper lowers dont have any evil features I don’t think this bill is banning others just classifying them as firearms , which they already are, this is how dumb and ignorant the Dem party is when it comes to firearms

You need a bill of sale to remove a pistol from your permit. It has to have the dealers FFL and NYS dealers license numbers ,along with the name and address of said FFL. on the receipt. The MONROE COUNTY CLERK will NOT remove a pistol with out this info.
