Jets that still see front line service in modern airforces.
That F4 looks nice, according to wikipedia the F-4 remains in service with Iran, Japan, South Korea, Greece, and Turkey.

When the Navy manages to put a rail gun on something smaller than a capital ship, I'll worry about seeing one on an aircraft.
We'll see lasers long before that.
Also, The Taliban have managed to hold off the US military for the better part of 2 decades without fighter jets, so I don't really think that's where a rich militiaman would want to spend his money anyway.
