I’m not watching a video. I will take your word for it. I guess in Georgia anybody can enter any construction site whenever they want unless specifically told not to. I am surprised. I imagine the two guys who stopped the victim here also didn’t know that it is 100% legal to enter a construction site unless told not to and beyond any reasonable doubt engaged in a crime such as theft of supplies. What does this have to do with the video that a lawyer who well passed law school and the bar exam has to say about it.
He even breaks down each part of the law individually and goes over how the dude still didnt meet the requirements ..
But let me guess you won't watch it because you know more about the law than a lawyer???

Hope you didn't get that vibe from me. I legit took your word for it. I just didn't want to watch a videoHahaha imagine being so grumpy that there is actual video on how the dude didnt commit a crime from a lawyer and youre just going to stop your feet and refuse to watch it
I just said I agree with you. He didn’t trespass. unless he intended to rob the place, in which case he did trespass. But as he is dead we’ll never actually know.Hahaha imagine being so grumpy that there is actual video on how the dude didnt commit a crime from a lawyer and youre just going to stop your feet and refuse to watch it
I heard he was a double-parker“Guys, I’m sure if we look at it long enough we will FIND something in his past that justifies this blatant murder.”
Jaywalking!? A regular scofflaw! To the gallows!

Looks like he got off lightly then.I heard he was a double-parker
I have done it a bunch of timesIf I were jogging or walking by a house under construction, I might totally go in just to see what it is like.
Out of curiousity, only.
Current owner, Larry English Jr., bought it in June 2016 for $120,000 and has built the majority of the structure which has a sign posted outside, warning: 'Trespassers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.'

Oh. I’m going to now backout of my earlier position that maybe he wasn’t trespassing. Per that article I just posted:
I'm not arguing with you at all. I think what we need is a prayer session led by our very own spiritual leader, @Darth and this will be all better. He will also let us know who to make our checks out toAnd the simple fact is that Blacks, proportionally, commit more crimes than any other race in America.
People of all races, including Blacks themselves, jump to conclusions when Blacks are involved.
It's not bigotry, it's just fact. And it is sad.

Go to 4:00. And specifically 4:50 where noir refers to "as far as we know" there were no signs.
I did, and Noir asserts he broke the law based on the existence of a sign. Go to 4:50.Weird yet again maybe go watch the video where the lawyer goes over the state law

Dude.No he said that like a no gun sign in many states the management has to specifically tell you to not be there for it to equal trespassing.. so yea maybe rewatch the video cause you clearly didnt or atleast you didnt pay attention
D.A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, occupant, or representative that such entry is forbidden.
Prohibition to enter a premise must be taken seriously. If there are “no trespassing” signs posted on fences, tress, or barb wires of a private property, it is better to avoid or get out of the property.
There are only 2 kinds of crime.I "bought" the Trayvon Story for about an hour, until I realized NBC was posting a pic of Trayvon as a child, and not actual the murderous adult.
I never "bought" the Mike Brown BS, nor the much older Rodney King crap.
But this story has been out a few days, and so far it looks legit.
Still, it has been blown up WAYYYYY out of proportion by those with an Agenda.
People, of every color, get murdered by People, of every color.
Some are "Hate Crimes", some are not.
99% should be handled locally.
Very sad, but Nationally a Non-Story.
It kinda is.No way that is true.
I can’t just decide to go for a walk up some random stranger’s long private driveway and assume I can keep doing it until I’m told explicitly not to. Or turn an estate’s lawn into my own private park. In neither case any damage done and no intent to rob.
Looks that way. In this case it appears also that the sign was in fact posted, ergo trespassing. According to Georgia state law. Now, I would assume that any contractor worth his salt has posted the necessary signs around a construction site. If they were, then it is trespassing. But absent signage to the contrary, he can legally wander around and "explore".
I do not think you watched the whole video. He clearly explains why it isn’t trespass. It says that you have to do so for an unlawful purpose. The mere act of going in isn’t enough. It has to be for an unlawful purpose. And because he didn’t steal anything, there was no unlawful purpose.Dude.
I thought you were right earlier. Please realize now you're not. Noir, in the video you keep telling me to watch, specifically says at 4:54 if there was a sign saying no trespassing that it was trespassing. You got that bit, right?
Now you're arguing that I can put a thousand no trespassing signs up on my private property but unless I specifically verbally say to the person not to that it's okay? Total rubbish.
