As far as this reported suit goes, I am all in favor of it. They are attacking the NYPD, - including the fact that NY CCW permits issued outside NYC are not valid in NYC. I hope they kick their asses!

Just recently with the people moving in. The place across the street from me went from a single family to a double. The guy across from me directly will be gone when his mom dies since he won’t keep the house and he’s a loser. I’m sure he has no car or insurance in his name.
If we ever win the right to carry in NYC without an NYPD endorsed permit, I plan on flying there with one or more of my handguns. Then I will be taking selfies all over the 5 boroughs while wearing a shirt that mocks the CCIA, FUKH, FUAC, the entire legislature,- Hell,- ALL of the anti gunners, and pointing out that I carried there LEGALLY, and that NO ONE was injured or died as a result.

Essentially says it stops FFLs from doing business and adds too much cost impacting the 2A. I hope it goes through and if I remember correctly the ammo background check is attached to it.
