Dr. Evil
20×102mm Vulcan
I am a NH resident. I am an 11 year Veteran of the United States Army, retiring honorably as an E-5/SGT. I am a Combat Veteran of the War in Iraq. In August of 2013, while visiting my family in MA, I ran into a cop reguarding a bullshit traffic thing. Wasnt even a violation... I parked in a community college parking lot 13' away from my parents driveway and the cop wanted to know why I was parking there. I informed him I had a pistol in my glovebox, legally purchased and owned, and I had a NH concealed carry permit, passing all required federal background checks and what have you to acquire... However, MA does not accept NH permits because in NH it costs $8, and in MA they require QUITE a bit more to "allow" you to practice a Constitutional Right. Know this: no "crime" was committed. No threatening, no brandishing, no assaults or robberies or shootouts... I simply HAD it in my possession. In my possession with the wrong piece of paper. Because of the MA sheeples unbelieveably confusing and fucking stupid "gun laws", as well as their "mandatory minimum" laws, I have been looking at a mandatory 3 years in State prison for the past 6 years. How can you live a life w 3 years in a cage hanging over your head? This has cost me careers and relationships and countless amounts of stress and anxiety and depression... 6 years I have been living w this... and the shit part hasnt even started yet. Keep in mind, when this arrest happened, I was actively serving as a SGT in the MA National Guard! 11 days after the arrest... I reported to drill... in MA... Where MA issued me my m-16 and I actually gave a class on its proper handling during Combat Operations... because of my experience in such situations... All of this occuring IN MASSACHUSETTS... While i was facing MA charges for keeping a .32 in my glovebox... I couldnt make this shit up...
So on 20 May (7 days from today) I will be sentenced to a 2 year bit in prison for practicing a constitutional right. The DA was "kind enough" to knock the felony charges down to misdemeanors if I plead guilty to all the silly extra charges they added on after the fact. You know... Like my "assaulting a police officer" by repeatedly striking him in the fist w my face, etc... Know this, Sergeant Brian Dolan serving a 2 year sentence will stop EXACTLY ZERO crimes. Not a one. But keep pushing for your fucking stupid "gun control", making criminals out of ordinary people and Patriots. Veterans are very scary after all...
I dont want your sympathy. I shouldve done more research. I had called the MA State Police and asked if I could be in possession of a firearm in MA w a NH permit and was given a long and rambling answer, the jist of which was yes, I could be in possession but not carry concealed. Which made sense... But was completely wrong. If the State Police can't make heads or tails of the laws in their state... How am I supposed to...? But I digress...
How long has the Reciprocity Bill been collecting dust...? You know... The Bill that, if passed, would make this dreadful "crime" no longer a "crime"...? But please tell me more about fucking tax returns...
"Gun control" only hurts the people who follow laws. See you all on the other side.
