I'll let you in on a secret, since you have apparently never seen an action movie.Just from the first read on his story there's a lot of negligence to go around. Prop gun or not, he had no business pointing it at people. AB is a privileged idiot. Of course whoever loaded the gun with real bullets should be charged with negligence at the very least. It will be very interesting to see how this goes.
Coulda been a shotgun, coulda been during rehersal, who knows.. not enough infobout there yet.How does a gun firing blanks...
...hit someone in the shoulder and require hospitalization, and
...hit someone in the gut and kill them,
... with the same shot?
...supposedly "blanks"?
And why are they calling it a "misfire" when the fucking thing went off?
Why would the prop master put real ammo into a prop gun?
Why wouldn't they simply crimp a boolit into a spent cartridge?
These are the same fucktards setting the anti-gun narrative in the media, folks.
Burn in hell, all of them.
He liked the money and narcissistic pleasure of impersonating Donald Trump and the celebs say they will exit the US but to loose all their power and influence? I don’t think so.
It all depends on how the shot was staged and where the camera is.I know details are limited but you would think the accidental shooting would be another actor on the business end of the prop gun as opposed to off scene people. Maybe Baldwin being a jackass?
Trump should impersonate AB shooting people, lol.AB is a hot headed liberal prick. He has coincidentally made a number of movies where he used firearms. I am not certain at this moment of his stance on firearms and the 2A though.
In any event, even if this turns out to not be his fault, just for being a lib asshole, I am kind of hoping this incident follows him forever; fucks with his head; and sends him into retirement from public life.
Yeah but non-hollywood elites like us would be charged to the fullestIf this was a real accident, charges against him should be light.

In 1984, Jon-Erik Hexum accidentally killed himself by firing a blank into his own head. He was probably never educated on what a blank could do.
As was stated in another post, Brandon Lee was killed when a prop team created squib loads, allowed a projectile to become seated in a barrel, and then followed up with a blank in a subsequent scene that launched the projectile.
This case is most likely negligence by a prop master. If Baldwin hit a cinematographer and the director, the actor was probably firing at the camera. If the shot was too close to the camera, and a possible acrylic COVID barrier, perhaps pieces of the barrier broke under pressure from the blank and became projectiles. Or, perhaps the blank had wadding made of an inappropriately solid material that became a projectile.
Though I despise Alec Baldwin, it is unlikely that he acted criminally.
(sig )? ( I own 2 of them )I do not know all the details but guns don't go bang unless the Trigger is pressed.
So, an unintentional Quigley.
