its a NY law .. who knew .. get paid to vote too ..

You know, we've made jokes about that but I suppose I could. Technically, most (perhaps all) SAFE Act violations are felonies so they'll go straight to County (I only will see misdemeanors). I suppose though that I could issue them.

I'm going to be going to a training course for newly elected judges next month. I like to think I'll know more then.

the local judge here a few yrs ago was looking for some and I had some extra so sent a gift to him ( have him on FB) .. then he was off a yr .. lost that yr so ( semi retired) and now just won and is back .. i better send another tin LOL .

Hopefully it will be more exciting then the Fire Commissioner training I had to take a while back. I had trouble keeping my eyes open. Brought the book home, read it on the can somehow that was more productive
