I have heard they have had some QC issues. Internet scuttle butt so take such with a grain of salt but such things are not at all unheard of from new production S&W revolvers. All that being said I ask where the hell is the .327 Mag version?!

There is no .327 Mag version of this model, just .32 H&R and .38 Special. They absolutely should do a .327 Magnum however. Thjs oft overlooked cartridge is probably the best defensive cartridge for a small revolver. You get 6 round vs 5 and ballistic performance similar, if not slightly greater than, the hottest 9m +P+ loads. A 110gr bullet @ 1,300fps is nothing to sneeze at. Despite this recoil should be tolerable in even a particularly lightweight revolver. In fact I'd really like to see a 340 PD in .327 Federal Magnum.
