"The base configuration of the full-size XM17 pistol will come with Tritium sights and three magazines -- one standard 17-round magazine and two extended 21-round magazines. Army equipment officials are developing a holster for the MHS as well."
So children, in NY, that's 8 magazines, 7 with 7 rounds and one with 10 rounds. Isn't math fun?
I will be carrying seven 21 round mags on my body armor."The base configuration of the full-size XM17 pistol will come with Tritium sights and three magazines -- one standard 17-round magazine and two extended 21-round magazines. You liked it then? I wanna try one out. The RX version intrigues me.Got to shoot the NY FUAC civilian version with 10 round magazine a couple weeks ago. Nice gun.

Oh, I already found out. The Marines did it better as usual!Don't let @Willjr75 find out...
But that .45 wouldn't penetrate an aluminum siding hut.9mm FMJ only bores .355 holes in the target. When comparing FMJs the .45 is better but if our military finally elects to issue HP ammo 9mm is currently the better choice. Again, pistols really don't matter, they could be issuing 2mm Kolibri for all the difference it makes.
Have you ever done penetration tests with a .45? Cause I'm pretty sure it will go through aluminum siding and the plywood behind it. And isn't more like a 1.5mm difference? Well I'm not going to argue further seeing that both my pistols are 9MMs.But that .45 wouldn't penetrate an aluminum siding hut.
Less than a mm in diameter difference.
This is the only testing I'll ever need.Have you ever done penetration tests with a .45? Cause I'm pretty sure it will go through aluminum siding and the plywood behind it. And isn't more like a 1.5mm difference? Well I'm not going to argue further seeing that both my pistols are 9MMs.
Yes, I did like it. It feels exactly like a P229 but lighter, and of course way under powered. You liked it then? I wanna try one out. The RX version intrigues me.
Isn't the P320 available in 40 S&W/357 SIG?Yes, I did like it. It feels exactly like a P229 but lighter, and of course way under powered.

9mm rulz anyway.I don't know, the one I shot was a 9mike mike.

I think it would do better. From all the YouTube crap I've seen, anything going over 1000 fps will penetrate those hard barriers. The 185 gr will actually push close to 1100 fps depending on the load compared to the 230 gr at about 850 fps.Y'know, I'm gonna get a 1911 someday. And when I do it will be in the proper 1911 caliber, .45 ACP. I wonder how a hot 185gr would do in hard barrier penetration?
They aren't. They cannot carry off base like you can. From the article...

More special, higher class citizens...
It is not fair that they can carry more rounds. Why the hell are they so special???
