Unless they changed it back it was a no go as of a few weeks ago, but maybe that was Rogers Sporting Goods. I can’t remember now. I like Simmons very much and have bought lots from them in the past. I love the $99 and free shipping for JHP’s and shot gun ammo.

There are a shitload of sporting goods shops in free states who have an online presence and ship to NY. I've been to several during our travels, it seems all their staffs are full of great people.

I know this is going to get a lot of panties bunched up, but the main reason these stores are starting to refuse direct shipments to your door is because every other person thinks it's the most intelligent idea to share to every forum/discussion panel, social media platform, etc where they buy and every single other best option with direct links, where to buy from, again and again and again and again and again.
Then, all of a sudden, the most popular go-to places decide they've gotten enough threats from NY that it's not worth it anymore. Meanwhile these same people are now shocked, like, why did all of the most popular best options cut us off from home delivery?
Since places like this forum are monitored by the state and law enforcement, these businesses end up getting targeted and it would probably not be half as much of an issue at this rate if people were smarter about sharing certain information. Whorcul has no problem with it though, in fact, she's loving the fact that the hard work is being done for her and they get to enforce the law sooner and easier than anticipated.

Some out of state retailers have been posting themselves on the other sites. I can delete my posts on NYGF but the free state retailers are poking the fat ugly bear themself. Guys in free States may not grasp how evil and vile these monsters are but they got backbone. I understand there are a number of single or small chain outlets in Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Wyoming, West Virginia, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Alabama, etc

But if the NY AG sues them for "creating a public nuisance" they can't just ignore her either.
How many small shops can afford to defend that lawsuit ?
If the AG agrees to drop the lawsuit if they stop shipping to NY after their lawyer tells them he'll need $30,000 to start defending them, how many can afford to fight?
What needs to happen is an industry group like the NSSF that represents all the vendors needs to get involved.
She can't fight them all, but she can crush them each individually.

I think every gun and ammo manufacturer should stop selling to law enforcement period. No ar-15s, no glocks, no smith and wessons, no ammo, etc. You get nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. You want to enforce unconstitutional laws, you may do so with sticks.
I actually once saw an officer at a gun store who got irate beucase he still had to go through a background check for a shotgun. (Which was a pistol grip model in 12ga for his wife...horrible choice). He thought since he was police he was a special class of citizen. Technically, being a straw purchase, I would have denied him the sale entirely...
