I was just there on Thursday. My buddy that works there never said a word. I even dropped off a Kimber to get repaired.
Yeah I ordered a case of 338RUM, never said anything either. That was Thursday also.

If you read the letter closely, it really doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I have my doubts about this. Why would they take in repairs that are going to take at least 2 weeks. They were also taking deposits for layaway on Thursday too.

I can say from experience their customer service is absolute garbage. They acted as though they were doing me a favor by taking my money. I may be a little picky but when I’m dropping almost a grand on a rifle I like a little attention. I usually window shop at the gun center and purchase elsewhere.
I'd go in and demand my money back if you paid them already, fuck that it should take 2 or 3 days to get from their vendor. If they dont have any in stock they dont get any money
Yea I would go in demanding a full refund and that they just forget about the whole thing and go to another shop... good choice with a rami by the way

I talked to my buddy who works there. They are closing and are trying to wrap it up by the end of October. That way they can get all orders in and repairs that went out to manufactures back. He said they will be closed until this Thursday and will open at 10 am.
I have bought 3 pistols there, never had a problem either. A month to get a gun in seems off and with them closing Idk...

I never had a problem with them. There was one kid who was a douche but he wasn't there long. I'll miss them. It was a great place to go and fondle just about any make and model you could think of. Any other place around has like ten new guns in stock and shit used stuff. Losing a store like that whether you liked them or not isn't a plus for the gun community.
