Search "blocking traffic" and you'll see members on this forum widely hate the practice of forcibly recruiting the public into one's protest courtesy of blocking/impeding traffic.

No issues with these guys protesting. If they start blocking traffic and commerce they will incite derision of their cause--and well earned.

I got a load of promix on Wednesday and I said to the driver “surprised you came thought you’d be on the convoy” he says “ oh I got time to get back I’ll be in Ottawa on Saturday, and I’m vaxxed that’s not what it’s about. These ppl were eating tomatoes last January because of us and calling us hero’s. Now we’re loosing our jobs it’s gotta end here”. Good for him this guy was a 70yo Canadian with more balls then most 30 yo Americans! Many movements around the globe. The cabal might have overstepped on their timing

None of these guys are standing in the middle of the road with the intention of blocking traffic.

They have explicitly stated they will go out of their way to allow emergency vehicles etc through.

If traffic is blocked due to their sheer volume, that is a different thing entirely.

If a bunch of truckers pull over and stand on highways blocking traffic and vandalize cars caught in their path or pull people out and best them, we would say the identical thing. If truckers behaved the same way as Blm we would say the same thing.
Blm riots and protests are different They are advocates for control. They are using violence and intimidation to achieve their goals. They are ironically the very thing they claim to hate they are facists.



This convoy is a means of peacefully protesting to get a point across without harming anyone. They are not blocking traffic. Surely traffic is far more congested than normal but in all those videos I just saw traffic is still moving. They are protesting because they are at risk of losing their ability to provide for their families and to do their job. They are trying to get a message through to the government. They aren't assaulting anyone. They aren't destroying anything. They aren't blocking emergency vehicles.

You can't corelate the blm protests to the trucker convoy protest. It's not even apples to oranges.

A Better comparison would be comparing the occupy wall street protests to the trucker convoy. The occupy wall street types were angry and protesting however misguided they may have been but from memory I don't think they didn't destroy or vandalize too much. They were more of a sideshow. No one was calling to mow them down out of the way.

BLM riots are meant to be violent and intimidating and they don't take kindly to random citizens caught in their path.

We have all seen how protesting works when the left is holding the cards. They "created" the narrative on Jan 6th. Now every protest against their policies is described as a coup de tat.
Already Canada is "preparing for violence" not the truckers, but the establishment.

As you watch the "coverage" showing Canadians not supporting the protest out of fear of "the virus" you must remember. The pandemic of "the virus" was the catalyst for exposing the inadequacies of the crappy Canadian Healthcare system which was in danger of being overwhelmed.
Why?
Because it is crappy. Just like Obamacare is crappy.
That is why the mandates were enacted. Even though "they" would say it was to save lives. They were lying. It was to cover their own inadequacies for fear of being exposed and unleashing a civil backlash.

When Cuomo used the people are going to die threat. Trump provided him the hospital beds, didn't he? When Cuomo cried that there weren't enough ventilators, Trump took action. Were they used? NO! He saw through the bullshit, adapted, and overcame. Finally in the end all that is left is "mandates": "comply or die".

If you still think this is about them caring about you, you are dumber than you look.

If Canadians want to cower in fear and give up what little liberty they had, so be it, but it sure looks like the "establishment" is pooping in their pants.

It got me thinking... what would've happened if Brandon's 100 employee mandate went into effect AND this?

Imagine all the people that lost their jobs that would gather up along with this too?!

It's fun thinking about this stuff when you see even just one sector of the industry get mandated.

Nothing against nurses, but honestly, they could've done the same thing. I don't want to say nurses are weak, trust me, there are plenty that vocalized their concerns, but it does prove a point that not all industries are the same.

I betcha they thought truck drivers were going to cave like nurses did. Boy oh boy were they wrong.

I am enjoying every minute of this. I like the fact that it's peaceful and it shows that people do care about one another.

The support of this convoy has been mind boggling ...Folks standing in -25 degree temps just to cheer them on .. That is support folks. Seems like every town they roll into crowds are cheering them on. People are tired of the over reach of the government .. Or lets say most people... This has woken people up across the world ... Push back against that new world order .... Build back better Brandon type of thinking
