Mentions a Ruger rifle, but then calls it an assault rifle (which is full auto), so obviously don't trust the writing. Surprised the media is reporting about the neighbor firing at the gunman -

The local said that while Willeford has no military experience, he is an excellent shot, and when he came face to face with Kelley, he didn't hesitate; he shot in between Kelley's body armor, hitting him in his side.

Then chased him going 90+ MPH since police were only responding to the church at that time.

On a related thought, I'm just tired of hearing about all of these 'mass shootings'.. I know a lot of it is media hype, but I think we're only one major incident away from some sort of Executive Order.. I think Trump is way better than the alternative, but I still don't trust anyone. If I was into conspiracies (maybe I am, maybe I'm not), "they" hit an elementary school, then a casino/country concert, then churches.. basically all the targets that would cause even the most pro-gun voter to change their mind. Especially since I believe that a lot of the gun owners (at least in NY) are only hunters, and don't care about ARs/MSRs, and handguns besides revolvers.

Privacy settings on facebook... Full access would only be allowed by "friends". Pictures used as a profile picture are sometimes available if the account is not fully locked down. This accounts for the 4 or so pics that are out there of him, his kid and the rifle.

..this is another example of why the FBI has a credibility issue. They withhold the gunmans ID until they delete his social media accounts ..to prevent the public from reading any radical postings, then they confiscate the witnesses phone to prevent the public for getting images depicting the gunmans appearance at the time ..the FBI wants to control the public opinion and dictate what this mans motive was.

Apparently there are only a few people who can see this .

No. If it comes out that the story presented jives with the evidence shown, there is no reason to question it like other shootings were the evidence matches the story.

If the story doesn't match the evidence presented and gag orders are issued then it doesn't jive and is questioned.

What 'evidence' was ever presented here? Youtube videos? Witnesses died in a car crash? Missing hard drive? Or some other 'evidence'?

Go to the other thread and we'll talk about it there or create another one specific to Vegas. Reread all the posts and watch all the videos. Even the ones that contain official audio from air traffic control. If you have any specific questions, you can ask me there. There is no need to derail this one like you did the other.

Let's keep this one specific to the church shooting. As of now with this shooting, nothing appears to be out of the ordinary other than the scrubbing of social media accounts to conceal the shooter's motive and possible ties to an anti conservative group.

Enough already with the useless pictures, memes, gifs, and name calling that give no valuable insight and just serves the purpose of deflection and derailment for your own amusement.

Fox News reporting that a 55 year old plumber grabbed his own semi-auto ar15 style rifle and ultimately killed the church shooter.

Just heard on the local radio per investigators.

Perp was shot by good samaritan with AR-15. Perp dropped his rifle and fled in his vehicle.

Good samaritan flags down second good samaritan and chase begins. Perp then calls his father and tells him he has been shot and will not make it.

Investigators say he did not have a weapons permit but did have a unarmed security guard license which requires a background check and finger printing and passed it.

They believe he died of self inflicted gunshot but waiting on autopsy to confirm.

Police and Tx government praising armed good samaritans. Say they saved countless lives. PD says good samaritans did their job for them.

At the press conference spokesman for the Texas Rangers and Wilson County Sheriff Joe D. Tackitt Jr. confirmed the shooter purchased 4 guns, two were purchased in Colorado and two were purchased in Texas. One purhase was in 2017, one in 2016, one in 2015 and one in 2014. No information was provided if they were sales from a dealer or a private sale.

The media, the local LE will NOT, repeat, WILL NOT publicize that a good Samaritan shot the assailant and he bled out. Not an ice cubes chance in hell they'd do that! They would be so worried about vigilantes wanting to mimic the good Samaritan's actions and their hope to get famous. Why if shot, would he shoot himself, it just doesn't make sense at all. The fact he "Ran" means he did not want to die at all, otherwise would've stood there and engaged in the battle with the Samaritan!
