..this is another example of why the FBI has a credibility issue. They withhold the gunmans ID until they delete his social media accounts ..to prevent the public from reading any radical postings, then they confiscate the witnesses phone to prevent the public for getting images depicting the gunmans appearance at the time ..the FBI wants to control the public opinion and dictate what this mans motive was.

you really have to have a screw loose to get a DD from the US Air Force .. since he was DD , Can't own a firearm ... so where did he get one from ??? .. that guy buying them and selling them in mexico that was in the news last week ..

After checking some Military Justice sites and Armed Forces legal advice sites it looks like...
On a Federal level a Dishonorable Discharge (civilian equivilant of highest level felony) on a DD-214 is a lifetime firearm ban without a Presidential pardon. A lesser BCD (civilian equivilant range of low level felonies through serious misdemeanors) on a DD-214 should fail NICS for any charge carrying 12 months or more confinement and a NICS should also fail for a BCD with any spouse or child assault charge (unless a Presidential pardon is granted).
It was also noted that on state levels, most States also deny handgun ownership for a DD-214 with any BCD or even a less severe LTH discharge. So if the laws and FCRs were followed, kelley should not have owned or possessed firearms.
Not true. There is such a thing as a Bad Conduct Discharge. As noted above its given for lower felony level or high level misdemeanor stuff or whenever the brass doesn't want to deal with the procedures for a full on dishonorable discharge. The most common cause of bad conduct discharges are drug use/failing the piss test.

A bit strange ..... The photo of his Bushmaster was pulled off facebook .....Everything else scrubbed ...I understand many folks post stupid things on facebook. ... If it is illegal for a person to own a firearm ... As this person seems to be ... Who posts a photo of himself with a firearm on a public forum ? Folks can say he had it posted where one would have to be invited to view... If that was the case how come the photo is public within hours ....And only that photo dealing with the bushmaster .... Think back to the church shooting with that fellow Roof ..... We have a photo of the confederate flag .....Was that photo shopped ? .. Because of that one photo statues are being torn down .... Confederate flags are banned ... Anyone who has one is a KKK member Stone mountain needs to be blasted away and even George Washington is oppressive to the left. ....

On another site I visit someone mentioned it looked like a milled receiver .They thought there should be some stamps that this gun does not have .. I have no idea ... Just passing it along. .... IF this is so .. 80% lowers will join the now famous bump stocks as a gun issue in the coming days .

When the black guy Tennessee church killer shot the white people in revenge for Dylan roof it was barely mentioned as a revenge attack even though it was. It was ignored and that scumbag was barely talked about and his social media was instantly scrubbed.
Las vegas, possible antifa links, not talked about and instantly scrubbed.
Now we have another scumbag attacking a church and there are perhaps hints or suggestions he "may" have antifa connections and this guys social media is already totally scrubbed before his name even hits the media.
Something doesn't sit well in how the coverage handling the various shooters is presented...
