That is about the same speed one will get from the same barrel using a 357 magnum.
That is the whole original idea, get the same amount of power per bullet but twice the firepower (nr. of rounds)
from a smaller case. Twice the firepower of a dessert eagle in 357 mag with 1/2 the weight and 1/3 the price.
