This guy explains how the Colorado Supreme Court Ruling will not keep Trump off the ballot, that's not the true intention though. The true intention is to give the media something to frame in a way that will get them (hopefully in their mind) a violent response from Trump supporters. This way they can run with it like they did with J6.
It's fake and doesn't stop Trump from running. As soon as he appeals their ruling dies, it's written that way. They don't want to break the actual law but it gives them news headlines.

Keep in mind folks they ruled this way but then stayed the ruling so it could be appealed to the Supreme Court. This is all a play to make the conservative justices on the Supreme Court look bad again and add more fuel to that fire. The left is politicizing the SC.
