OK here is the post that tripled. The forum is running slow and herky jerky on my end.

Anyways...

When the NY UNSAFE Act was signed into law. A lot of us back then said it will only get worse from here. Well except "shooter" or was it "NY Shooter" IDK.
Remember him? Remember that shit show LOL.

This post is turning into a shit show... :(

Anyways it has gotten worse, much worse. Now we have a law breaking unelected Governor who blatantly ignores SCOTUS decisions and reigns tyranny upon the people of NY.

There is a reason that the SCOTUS is part of the 3 branches of Government.
But Hochul the Horrible ignores it like she is the Queen of NY. Beholden to no one.
Except for her major donors that is.

If Hochul the Horrible doesn't get bitch slapped for spitting in the faces of the Supreme Court Justices and our system of Government. For violating the people's constitutional rights. Then she actually is a Queen.

She can do anything she wants like NY is her very own fiefdom to rule over with no checks and balance. It's looking like she already knows that, she almost certainly has more tyranny in store for us gun owners. Why not on her part?

Up to now, it seems the court(s) will not keep her in check. Even when the 2A gets a win it doesn't matter. She just does what she wants regardless. Her attitude is fuck court decisions and the people's constitutional rights. With that being said, obviously, we are not in a good place right now.

I have a lot of stops to make today and will be keeping an eye out for those stickers.

I've been saying much the same thing. She has been allowed to do as she pleases with absolutely no repercussions whatsoever. And I do fear it will keep getting worse. I keep seeing people saying "All guns laws are going to be struck down! The Bruen decision! The Scotus!" blah blah blah. Until it is enforced it is all meaningless bullshit here in the Peoples Republic of New Yorkistan with Chairwomen Fuckul. All that being said I hope I am wrong.

Judge's decisions, Constitutional rights, she doesn't give a crap about those things.

And it seems no entity is going to hold her accountable.

You’re not wrong, it will just continue to keep getting worse. There are no repercussions to anything that she does and she knows it, that’s why when you see her ugly fucking face she always has that goddamn smirk on it.

Spoke with a manager at Mirabito today, they have NO signs and No plans on adding them. He said he would address with his superiors, to see if they are aware of the law change and if they as a company will be posting signs. I'll post an update when i hear more.

This is the problem with the "corporate chain". If it was Mom and Pop, you would get an answer by the fellow behind the counter almost immediately. Part of the plan. As you experienced, it worked well.

I wouldn't count on them.

Mirabito ran and sponsored a jab event at some mall.

And their gas is usually higher than anyone else.

unfortunatly, there close adn convienant for me at home and where i commonly travel, but i'll find other places to shop. If corporations want to stay in bed with the politicians, I'll vote with my money and make them aware before i find someplace more my liking.

Stopped at price chopper, manager said he didn't know about corporate, but he knew about it and his weapon was in his car!
He will ask corporate but when he did about the safe act they told him to shut up about it. I told him we could go to Tops, where he told me both cos are a subsidiary of American foods or other, so same company.
Then I said and he finished my sentence, if something happens who do we sue?
I was also the first to ask about the law.

1. A person is guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in a
restricted location when such person possesses a firearm, rifle, or
shotgun and enters into or remains on or in private property where such
person knows or reasonably should know that the owner or lessee of such
property has not permitted such possession by clear and conspicuous
signage indicating that the carrying of firearms, rifles, or shotguns on
their property is permitted or has otherwise given express consent.

Until there are consequences for violating the constitution they will continue to do it at will.

Imagine if other laws were treated like this ?

"OK, you've been convicted of robbing the bank, as punishment you'll have to give back the money you took. That is all"

The whole "

Who in their right (reasonable) mind could possibly make any sense of this, much less know an owners intentions?

If I'm in, say, a gun store or plethora of other locations, I would never reasonably know that they did not permit carry. :idk:
