I don't know. I'm sure between truck stops @John Stark will gladly take a break from down shifting to chime in with a novella to tell all us mouth breathers what is really going on in the 2A world cause we too sta....sta....sta...stupid to know by ourselves.what is it now 25 States you shall not need a permission slip ..
never happen.. Even NY'ers with carry permits won't be able to 'carry" in NY on Sept 1... You can carry from your home to car, and then from your car to home.. Everywhere else in the entire state is a ""sensitive area"" and its a felony to carry a gun there without explicit [written?] permission... I will do NO business of consequence in NY any longer as I have a Pa. permit, and can still carry freely there... At least for the time being....All I know is that it would be very nice to be able to carry during my family visits in NY on my PA permit.
Makes you wonder why they keep building glass houses.Awwwwww, already folks running scared!?
Thinking somehow or another the entire law enforcement community is going to be Hawking who's carrying and who's not... More big bad wolf stuff that never happens!
Even if the law isn't stayed by current legal challenges, nothing changes! Most of the law is unenforceable, period!
Now that doesn't eliminate the usual rule, to break only ONE law at a time, lmao! But if you're just carrying and get jammed up, on the merits of this law alone, there's not a day this century that you'd see the inside of a courtroom under that law that takes effect Sept 1! Never!!! The State would never allow a precedent to be established unfavorable to their agenda.
Stop worrying about ghosts, they don't exist!
I know a great many CC holders that will not be deterred by the posturing of Cunty Whorecul.never happen.. Even NY'ers with carry permits won't be able to 'carry" in NY on Sept 1... They can talk all they want.Wouldn't be surprised if they start talking about confiscation soon.
I won't be the only person on my property having a really bad day when they show up. 97% of people will probably give them up without much trouble, but I'm hopeful the remaining 3% will make some noise. They can talk all they want.
They can't afford to purchase any guns I may have.
And "just taking them" is not an option.
The Carolinas ARE very 2A friendly, but it is not all as easy as you might think. When I moved to NC from NY, they readily allowed me to carry with my NY permit until I applied for and got my NC CHP (which only took 5 weeks, - not 8 months like it did in NY…) And my NC permit was accepted in SC.But the Carolinas where I'm heading is very 2A friendly. Don't even need a non-resident!!! NY is off it's meds and having a sustained series of Linda Blair head spinning episodes! Wait until the State gets bitch slapped by its own (Judge) soon, hahahaha can't wait to see it ignore that too!
