Cuomo faces only a misdemeanor charge. He will then appear before his own appointed judges. Nobody would see jail for this, especially not him. In fact most often in these cases legal action doesn’t get much steam and the victim is told to handle it civilly against the employer.

The scary part is Hochul will have to be super radical and will do anything to get elected. She will have to be leftof James and other extremists.

I heard an interview with a lawyer or scholar or whoever and he said that if impeachment was brought Cuomo would immediately lose power and it would go to the Deputy. He would not need to be convicted.

Still don't think it's going to happen though. This will be out of the news cycle in another day or 2. Surely by Monday.

On the contrary. An impeachment would ensure that he can never run for office in NY again. If Not impeached the possibility of him running for Governor next year is very high. Lets not so easily forget that his approval rating among the NYC zombies is / was still 3 to 1 in his favor. Most have said it will follow suit like most others go which is a civil matter between employee and employer. It’s very unlikely that anyone will suddenly allege a felony crime. It would have came out during the meveral months long investigation and reported by the AG.

Not sure why a select few have to be so argumentative and launch personal attacks continuously. It really is a detriment to the forum. I think a lot of it stems from fits of jealousy. (He can't do that!, Why can't I do that!, He got what I want!)

Others come from a handful of users blindly following others, regardless of facts. There are some who would "thumbs up" any post if it came from one of their "buddies". Said person could encourage them to eat dog shit sandwiches, and they would. It's such a foolish look to blindly agree with things that you don't even know are true or not for yourself. (And they often aren't) One of the birds likes to act like a hotshot, even though he holds a low level position and knows nothing more than if you were to read the local papers for yourself the next day.

Hopefully some of the birds can learn to change their ways, although that is very unlikely. When attacks are made I will come over the top to set people straight. I have no issues tuning people up that need it. I just can't imagine why some come here just to argue. What a sad thing indeed. (You have to buy THIS flashlight or else you suck) Sometimes it's just fun to post a little something here or there and sit back and watch the temper tantrums and meltdowns. Some make it so easy.
