Serious question.
What happens if there is enough proof of fraud and it strongly looks like trump won.
We know the media won't report it that way 100% so it will be up to individual citizens to make their own conclusions while being ridiculed.
What happens if "former/elect" president Trump claims he won but the government refuses to seat him in power? What happens next. What happens if president Trump is ignored by SCOTUS and he appeals to the military and the people?

If it is determined that trump won, states can decertify their elections. Then is game-on.
It would go to the supremes. If they decide to hear it, and find the election was invalid, they could: order a new election, they could go by the evidence presented and declare trump president, and they could decline to take up the case.
In practice, I think what ever is decided through the burocratic process will stand because almost 0% of Americans will be willing to take up arms to overthrow an illegitimate government.

Nothing. That ship has sailed. There is no legal process whereby Trump can be seated as President now that Biden is inaugurated. His best shot is getting elected as a Congressman, being elected Speaker, and successfully impeaching both Joe and The Hoe. Anything else is an illegal coup at this point.
If the right is smart, they'll use it to grab significant majority influence and institute serious reform across the board. In reality, I expect the Republicans to move the needle just enough to capture control of both chambers for the last two years of His Fraudulency's reign. And yes, the propaganda machine will try to bury the truth, just as they have done with everything else.
ETA: Of course this is assuming the Arizona audit does find that Trump probably won (it's one county, there's no way it can prove such beyond a doubt). This also assume similar audits happen in at least 2 other states and that those audits come to a similar conclusion. There's always the possibility that the audit doesn't produce the results we are anticipating.

Even if the election were invalidated and *both* Biden and Harris were removed because of that, we wouldn't get Trump back.
Pelosi would take the reins. She is next in line of succession.
But even that won't happen. At this point even widely acknowledged incontrovertible proof of election fraud wouldn't get Biden removed unless he can be personally tied to the related criminal activity. And even that would require him to be impeached.
So, even if you get video of the DNC running ballots through a Xerox machine and feeding them directly into voting machines on election night, unless Biden is the one running the Xerox it's a done deal.
And even *if* you had such a video, complete with an impeccable chain of evidence, it would still take the house Dems bringing impeach charges to remove him.
Not true! If the States De-certify the electors than it goes to the 12th amendment for a State by State vote. More Republican states.. That is in the Constitution. Trump is reinstated.

It's not a stretch of the imagination that the entire state of Georgia's election was connected to the internet considering the entire state uses Dominion ballot-marking devices as their voting machines.
Even NBC News said ES&S is using 14,000 modems around the country.
Remember, anything that can be "remotely accessed" is hooked up to the internet and therefore can be hacked

My question was more along the lines of, what if
-The Audit shows proof of election fraud.
-nothing changes politically, congress and SCOTUS don't do anything, xiden/Harris continue their term
What happens if trump claims victory and calls to be re-inaugurated. What happens if he appeals to the military and private citizens for help?
Does it start a coup?
Does it cause insurgency or civil war?
Does trump get arrested?
That above scenario is entirely possible. What happens if it comes to pass?

I'm sorry, but that isn't going to happen. The votes were read into the record. The Puppet has been installed "legally." I don't think recalling electors post inauguration has any precedent. Even if there is precedent, it would be challenged in court. The judicial system ignored their duty and failed the country once. They aren't going to reverse their course and do the right thing now; it would be a tacit admission of failure and dereliction of duty just a few months ago.
Let's set the courts aside for a moment. There has to be the political will, and the political power, to make something this momentous happen. That will is seriously lacking in the Republican party. Even if the R's had the will, I don't think they have the power. You'll need a media campaign the likes of which the right hasn't been able to even think about mounting since I was in diapers. You'll need a significant majority of the country behind you. If you try to initiate a Presidential switch without 2/3rds of the country fully supporting it, you'll get blown out in the next cycle. Better to spend the political capital within states, making sure the deck can't be stacked again.
I think if recalling electors had a chance in hell of working after inauguration, the Dems would have tried it in 2017 by miraculously finding ballots. Instead, they accepted the reality and found the required ballots in 2020.

The only path for him back to the white house is through another election.
Even if the courts invalidated the 2020 election (they won't, no matter what evidence is presented) that would not reinstall Trump.
He could call for that as you say, but while half the country wants to see him back there, only the guys who showed up on the 6th would think the invalidated election would do that.
Best case, the election is invalidated, Biden and Harris are led off i handcuffs, and the rest of the people demand a new election, that he later wins. In the mean time we have President Pelosi.
There is no reasonable legal path that just reinstalles him, no matter what shenanigans were uncovered about the election.
Even if Pelosi were found to be complicit in the crime, that just means Patrick Leahy becomes president.

Any of what is described above would be dragged out and not become a fact until after the mid term elections. With the Country going down the road it is presently traveling there will more than likely be a new Speaker of the House. There certainly should be anyway. I don't think there will ever be any danger of Pelosi becoming president. In fact I doubt that any circumstance will arise that moves Harris into the presidency. The health care professionals of the White house with Xidens constant traveling nurse / care giver Jill and keeping his work load to a minimum will get him through his one term. The amount of energy he expends and lack of stress for him as our President will be equivalent to what we saw during his campaign.

First, the truthorfiction.com link is to a fact check claiming that it is "fiction" that three democratic victories were overturned. At least read what you post.
Second, NONE of the contested Presidential elections were overturned after the "winner" was inaugurated. We may have been headed toward a Hayes-like situation but all the Republicans tucked tail the night of the 6th.
Third, in lesser offices, unseating an elected government official is extremely rare. The courts are involved and/or there are specific procedures to remove the official. It is that way on purpose. If it was easy to unseat an elected official, it would become politically weaponized... kinda like the Dems have done with impeachment.
And speaking of impeachment, that's the only way you get Joe out. That's the only legal way now that he's in. And then ole Krazy takes over. There is ZERO chance SCOTUS invalidates the Presidential election. They ran away from the issue back before Biden was seated.
