The group is alleging that election fraud was so rampant and widespread across the state of Michigan as to deprive the people of the state their right to a free and fair election
The suit outlines several significant violations by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and election officials at all tiers of the system. Specifically, the Amistad attorneys note that "Benson circumvented the explicit intent of the Michigan Legislature, which established an absentee ballot process designed to minimize the risk of fraud."
Instead of heeding the process contoured by the Michigan Legislature, Benson sent "unsolicited absentee ballot applications to every household in the state without verifying whether the intended recipients were still residing at the same location, whether they were eligible to vote in 2020, or even whether they were still alive

This is the part I thought had bite. The election rules were changed and shouldn't have been allowed based on the constitution. Accepting ballots after election night, no postage needed, no signature required, etc.. How the hell did they allow this to pass in the first place? Why didn't anyone go after them months ago when they were making these changes?

Funny that many of the people that thought there was enough evidence to drag the country through 3 years of Russiagate all of the sudden don't think there is any evidence that they stole the election.
Comes down to confirmation bias. 5 years of being fed orange man bad makes any ridiculous accusation believable. Anything contradictory is deemed irrelevant or untrue.

Not everyone who participated in the fraudulent election is a high ranking official or even a local official. Everyday citizens were hired to commit fraud.
Arrest just one of them. Then offer amnesty to everyone else who comes forward who voted twice (or more), voted out of state, voted as a dead person, voted as an illegal alien, etc. Conditioned upon them telling what they did, who contacted them, how they were compensated, etc.
Thoughts?

The state Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, threw out the three-day-old order, saying the underlying lawsuit was filed months after the law allowed for challenges to Pennsylvania's expansive year-old mail-in voting law.
The state's attorney general, Democrat Josh Shapiro, called the court's decision “another win for Democracy.”
