Word is that Kavanaugh and Alito's name should be swapped since leaking clerks indicate Kavanaugh feared for his family siding with Roberts while Alito sided with Thomas against Roberts. Judges Gorsuch and Barrett were fairly quiet.

Trump does not need to be the Commander in Chief, although he's proven he has the strength, fortitude, guidance, foresight, and determination to carry out the task required to right the ship. There are very very few others that would sacrifice all he's sacrificed for the good of our Nation.

I've said this countless times here. If Trump is not successful overcoming these long odds, including arresting, trying, convicting and sentencing the power players behind this election fraud, then this experiment of a Constitutional Republic is over. There will never be a reason for anyone to vote again. And the anyone I mention includes every one of you leftists as well.

I don't consider myself to be ignorant in that I listen to both sides of a discussion and formulate my own opinion. I have been watching this whole election story unfold and I am yet to hear anything more than hearsay that disputes the election results. As scary as the prospect of a Biden presidency is to me, I cannot deny that this is the legitimate outcome. The type of "evidence" to the contrary is simply insufficient.
Understand that I don't dispute the possibility of fraud. I think that fraud is inherent in any governmental system. I just haven't seen enough to say that Trump's ouster was not the will of the people, especially in light of the gains in House seats and the maintenance of the Senate.

There is sufficient evidence that is a matter of public record and is not disputed by either side to invalidate the election.

That is what the Texas suit was about.

Did the courts rule that Texas was wrong ? No, they ruled that Texas has "no standing" or basically that it's none of Texas's business *how* corrupt the election was in PA, MI, GA, and WI.

Based on that court ruling the governors of those states could have burned all the ballots uncounted on live TV and pulled numbers out of their ass and reported them.

The constitution says that state *legislatures* will determine how the electoral votes are apportioned for each state.

The legislatures in those states chose a popular vote conducted with a series of safeguards to protect the integrity of the election as that method.

The executive in those states said "screw integrity, we're going to throw out the legislature's constitutionally mandated process and do things our own way".

Those facts are all a matter of public record, and they are not disputed.

I can provide links to the legislation and the executive orders if you need, but it's pretty dry reading, and as I said, *nobody* is disputing those facts.

The type of evidence being insufficient, as you state, is only insufficient if you're watching the incredibly biased and censoring MSM. If you listen to the facts presented without the censorship of FB, IG, Google, and the networks, you'll find the plethora of evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of President Trump. If you turn a blind eye to this evidence then yes, you qualify for the label of ignorant.

In the very least they need to drag every active participant off in cuffs.

If the every guy to kick the car got tackled and hauled off you probably wouldn't have to do more than a couple.

But when the first guy gets away with it, suddenly a lot of his less bold compatriots get encouraged.

Honestly they should be baiting these guys at this point.

Get a bunch of undercover officers to "corner" a lone uniformed one. When the real hoodlums show up and get violent with him, take them down and charge them with felony assault on an officer.

There is a big process difference between no objections and even a single one.

As soon as it's not unanimous acceptance there is automatically more scrutiny.

And the House will give it the same scrutiny the Senate gave Trump's impeachment.

Trump could kill baby with a spear on the white house lawn, cook it, and eat it's brain and the Senate wouldn't throw him out. They're party before country.

The House Dems are the same way. Even if it was legit (and I don't think it is) there is a 0% chance of the objection passing in the House.
