extra mag??

I have a question as i am fairly new to carrying and getting more comfortable every day but...

where does everyone carry an extra mag?

i throw one in my front pocket but it is uncomfortable and if i dont pay attention it looks like i am carrying a roll of life savers ??

I don't usually carry a spare. When I do, it's usually in one of the pockets on my left (weak) side.

M&P Shield 45, two spare 7 round mags, back to back, in a custom sewn non descript black nylon pouch (looks like a wallet, or iPhone case), carried in any pocket, or on my belt.

You have to then get a mag pouch or holder for the belt or waist. I have them both and don't use them very often really. Winter months are usually where I'll use an extra mag and different gun.

Depends what I'm carrying, but I have a Pro Stealth IWB holster that fits an extra mag for all of my regular carry firearms and am really happy with them. This is the one for my G43.

Summer i usually dont carry an extra mag, winter I keep 1 in my left jacket pocket

I have a 2 mag iwb kydex holester on my xmas list though

Extra 8 rounder for my Shield in the front left pocket with SnagMag. You have to practice getting it out though. If you don't press back while drawing it, the snag won't catch your pocket and the whole thing comes out.

Can't use my weak side front pocket, its full of lint and my first dollar, so I don't bother. Conditions change, then so will I.

I carry an extra mag in a mag caddy, IWB for the shield, OWB clip on for the PPQ.
I don't wanna keep any gun paraphernalia in my pockets, I carry too much other stuff in there: phone, keys, knife, flashlight, useless receipts and other miscellaneous paper garbage, lint, change, crumpled up dollar bills I will forget about and send through the wash and so on.

I do carry a spare in my cargo pocket usually. I have thought of getting a mag holder, but just have not done it yet. I will because I want one for a mag and another space for a flash light. You should carry an extra mag. I always do. Always.

22 years of driving. Never had a flat, 4 tires on the car does me and everyone else I know juuuuust fine. Don't really see the need to carry a spare then, right?

13 years of home ownership, never had a fire. But I still have extinguishers in the kitchen and all 3 bedrooms.

When I carry the Glock 19, I don't carry an extra mag. When I get my Glock 43 I'll carry one.

I usually carry IWB in an Uncle Mikes or Blackhawk softy holster and if I do carry an extra mad it's in a smaller gun holster just ahead of the main one.
