In a decision just issued in County of Butler, et al. v. Governor Wolf, et al., Judge William Stickman, IV of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania has ruled that “(1) the congregate gathering limits imposed by Defendants’ mitigation orders violate the right of assembly enshrined in the First Amendment; (2) that the stay-at-home and business closure components of Defendants’ orders violate the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment; and (3) the business closure components of the Defendants’ orders violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Pretty much yeah. Restaurants have indoor dining at reduced capacity, gyms are open, everything is open. There is the mask thing, but no one says anything if you don't wear one. Schools are open, kids are going. I don't think there is an online option around here, not sure though. Just the other day I went to the driver's license center in person to get my address updated. I will be able to vote in person at my poling place (which is literally right across the street from me).
That echos all the states I’ve stopped at on my way to Florida and back. The indoor seating is at reduced capacity but in reality since it’s every other table, business is still as usual. It just takes longer to be seated. The same amount of people for the most part will be at the restaurant. They just wait outside until called. Most wear masks and some don’t. I’ll guess it’s only about 20 percent that do not.
Covid isn't a hoax, it's just been massively overblown. Really massively. In reality what we have here is an especially infectious flu.
