The virus is not the hoax, the actions of the Elected Elite and the hysterical Americans are the Hoax. I was sick as well. No worries, I had the Flu last year as well.
I'm just saying that Covid has been more than a typical flu, just not worth having shut tge whole world economy over. It wasn't the worst flu I have had as I said, but it was a little odd. I lost much of my sense of balance, had a very hard time walking even short distances. At one point I bent over to get a water jug I had next to the bed and I fell over right onto my face, smashed my nose in. Left a big ol blood stain on the carpet I did. I never had such a feeling of vertigo with a flu before.
No the worst flu I had was back in the late 90s, living with my father on Grand Island. Wasn't dizzy but I was so weak I couldn't get up at all, had a 104° fever and had to go to the hospital for a bit. Covid was a cake walk compared to that. Also had a really bad one a few years ago when I was OTR trucking. I was sick as a dog for a week, could hardly get out of the bunk. Spent the whole time parked up at a Pilot truck stop in Minooka IL.

My feelings, if you (The elected elite) are going to shut down life and destroy all that we are, there had better be millions upon millions dead.
Dead bodies lined up on the street waiting to be picked up by a big truck. What we as Americans have lost may never be gotten back. And for what? This is what I refer to as the Hoax.
I am very glad there is some sanity in our court system to try to end this bullshit.

Thank you! I keep having to tell people that when we say hoax, we aren't saying that covid isn't real. People think hoax means the subject at hand is fake. Hoax is the stuff behind the subject.

The problem with most people here in regards to hoax is that for them it’s only one extreme side or the other. Either the virus is a complete made up hoax because it’s a nothing burger and just like the regular flu or it is a complete Armageddon because you say something to the contrary in regards to masks or deaths. One cannot say anything. It’s either all or nothing one way or the other.
So when one says that this or that mask helps slow the spread or that the virus has killed some that wouldn’t otherwise have been killed by the regular flu, they immediately and stupidly believe that you also support the ridiculous government response. It’s just one or the other with them. No mask can ever work. It’s just a blanket statement that all masks do not work for either getting the virus or slowing the spread of infectious respiratory droplets.
Then because the CDC has flip flopped in the beginning because they didn’t know if this virus was mainly transmitted via aerosols (Which masks have no protection against) compared to only mostly heavier droplets then they take that to mean that everything the CDC says is false regardless of basic things that have existed long before this virus in regards to how respiratory viruses are transmitted in regards to heavier respiratory droplets. It’s all wrong. Centuries of medical science is all wrong because the CDC didn’t know if aerosols were a main pathway to infection. So now everything they say is wrong despite the facts that aerosols aren’t infecting anyone.
That’s what we are dealing with here. I hate to say it but most here are simpleminded since they cannot fathom how one can be against the government response but also know that masks when worn correctly along with distance help slow the spread due to the limiting of respiratory droplets or that to some people this virus is not survivable.

I just had a guy out for covid concern. He had to test negative twice within 5 days before being cleared to return. I think this was a company policy, and likely to keep the positive cases artificially low.
Instead of testing, we may as well just start polling people to get the results we desire.

I went to the dentist this morning. You have to wear a mask to enter the building and wait in the waiting room. Then you proceed to go to the dentist chair where you remove your mask and the hygienist works on you for the next half hour with her hands literally in your mouth. The masks in the waiting room make such a difference smh.

No, but it means that to get the NEW unConstitutional Law overturned you have to start all over again.
And when that happens, they'll change one word, resubmit, and start it all over again. ad nauseum.
Until politicians face repercussions for unConstitutional Laws the process will always continue.

Every politician who votes for a law that is later overturned as unconstitutional should be personally liable to a class action suit from everyone who's rights were infringed.
In egregious cases they should be criminally liable.

Unfortunately, most things don't go before SCOTUS for that determination.
We need either an entire system in place, or just a single document, supporting our intent and justification to throw off such government.
They simply need to hang for violating the constitution, with precedent set by the Declaration of Independence, and justifying the revolution.
Let's just hang them already. Why did we ever stop doing this?
