Still going decent. Program is now full body weight routine + 30 min on treadmill with 30lb pack, 6% incline at 3.2mph. It takes abput 1.5 hours total and i take 2 days off between workouts.
An example looks like this
Rear flies 4 sets light for warm up
Front raises 4 sets light for warm up
Leg curls 4 sets
No rest between exercises
Close grip seated row 4 sets
Dumbbell bench press 4 sets
Leg extensions 4 sets
No rest between exercises
Lat pull down 2 sets
Cable flies 2 sets
Deadlifts 2 sets
No rest between exercises
Then i throw on the 30lb pack and hit the treadmill for 30 min. I change up exercises every couple of workouts to help keep overuse injuries at bay, and all exercises are done for 20-25 reps tp keep it light.
My left shoulder still has something going on but i avoid exercises that aggravate it.
Stepped on scale today and weigh 225.4
