6.5 Creedmoor
Sounds like the old bones club in here I have an on again off again relationship with lifting. I get into it for awhile but something Always seems to derail the momentum. I prefer more functional strength activities like sports. Basketball, flag football, roller hockey... Im just under a year into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and am hooked! I roll 3-4 times a week now and am basically held together with my white belt, aspirin, and caffeine. BJJ has helped my strength, endurance, and flexibility, and its a tight nit community of people. Kinda pissed i waited as long as I did to join a gym.
