Which links? The trespass links? You cannot be trespassed from public property. Those laws are for conveyances. A conveyance is defined as any motor vehicle, ship, vessel, railroad vehicle or car, trailer, aircraft, or sleeping car. A bicycle is not a conveyance for trespassing purposes.

An 810.09 doesn’t apply either since he is legally allowed to fish Florida waters at parks. He doesn’t satisfy any of those conditions listed in 1 and 2.

Had it not been for him, things would have been much worse for the victim. They did not like that the Fish and Wildlife cop made him follow him at ease without his hands in the air. They were itching for a wrong move it seems like and the Fish and Wildlife cop put an end to that.

You do not need to be a trial lawyer to read trespass laws. They are written in plain English. And human nature has nothing to do with law. He either committed a crime or he didn’t.
