Then if we could get a few hundred thousand others to do the same, the courts would have to deal with it once and for all.

Dude you are so right. A lot of us owners are fearful of getting arrested for just attending a rally since they can say anything we did was grounds for license revocation. But I am down for NYC rally. I have a crispy $5 bill ready and waiting.

Law, and laws... Only exist, when the citizens VOLUNTARILY comply with them... If the unjust laws are ignored, then they don't have any weight.

How many people you know ticketed for jaywalking? Hmmmmm... Could you imagine the courts dockets processing those violations? Lmao... Just drive in any highway and you'll see hundreds of drivers choosing to ignore lawful established speed limits, etc. So why do people treat a RIGHT with such less affection?

But as mentioned, Law Abiding Citizens are just that, they won't, or don't want to break any law, in order to protest it. Conversely to those breaking laws during demonstrations to protest the treatment of law breaking immigrants! Interesting to say the least.

So it's a conundrum, a befuddlement, that no real change ever comes by waiting for it to happen, which in all probability it won't unless you do something about it as change, true change only is taken, not given. And yes, by force... Not the force you may think, like this Presidential election, that so many learned people's are still having difficulty processing because they cannot understand what happened, that a Revolution took place right before their eyes and they don't believe what they have seen. They little understand the forces that were at play, one man did.

But change won't take place by bitching about it online, or by jawing about it over coffee... Change takes action and sacrifice. And laws only exist if people willingly volunteer to comply with them. So worry if you want, but laws mean little and take 2nd place to RIGHTS, as RIGHTS are not dispensed by decree, or whim. They are yours, but only if you assert them, fight for them, act in them, protect them... : )

WHY, because:
1) they own the elite of BOTH parties, the media, and Hollywood,
2) except for Trump, they have the billionaire class (Sorass, Bloomturd, Kochs, Gates, Zuckerburg, etc.),
3) they can afford to get arrested, most of us cannot,
4) they know how to protest, Conservatives just know how to bitch and complain when it comes to gun rights.

We are soooooooooooooooo screwed.

Its not the 2nd circuit we need to win. We already know the 2nd circuit will uphold a ban on sharp sticks if given the opportunity.

But, for us, they are a necessary speed bump on the way to SCOTUS, and the only ruling they made was about what you can't ban, they have never upheld a ban on any militarily useful arm.

If the US AG argues in favor of a case being heard does that add weight? We're honestly on the brink of losing our rights forever. There won't be a federal ban for decades, if ever and there are no state or local bans coming anytime soon to challenge.

That is an incorrect attitude. Accept that we are on the brink of a civil war. If we can't defend and retain our unalienable rights within the system then we must do so with force. We cannot rely or depend on the courts. We cannot let the liberal establishment determine our fate.
