I see apparently some you have not followed the thread. Nortatoga makes a statement that having a magazine over 10 rounds is a felony and a leo on this board told him that. It could be a misdemeanor also. I would assume he mentioned LEO because whoever said that had a Leo badge.
I asked Willjr75 who has a Vet Badge if he had to produce any kind of proof to get the badge. He said No. That means just ask for it and you get it.
I stated I thought there were people on this board who were phony's. Willjr75 said he knew two Leo's were real and I asked him for their Nicks.
I checked both out and made a decision on both. One yes and one no. I produced the posts that I thought were from a Non Leo and explained why I came to that decision. Yea a leo told you on some chat board but how do you know he is a real Leo. Do you people know how many fake Seals are out there? Regardless when someone that presents himself as something he is not he could be a fine Joe with an identity problem.

To stick up for my friend, @Airborneguy, the statement that he made about my open carry was in reference to another thread about Open carry vs Concealed carry. In that thread I stated that I OC regularly off duty and almost no one notices or they just don't care. That is where that statement came from.
As to being a cop, @Airborneguy guy is more of a cop than I will ever be. Both of the two LEO jobs that I have had could never come close to what the guys in NYC do each and everyday. Most days, I feel like I am a Deputy in Mayberry with Andy Taylor.
