Here's one article that mentions the driver who was hit. I'll keep looking to verify the truck that was supposedly hit.

This one mentions that another vehicle's window was hit, but doesn't say who was inside. I'll have to take my relatives word for it that there were kids inside. Press that I can find through search doesn't mention it.

just after he shot i stopped the vid ... oh yea he hit her too .. this is not the same as to the topic here ..

in the video case he could have used that SUV / jeep / hummer as cover and got a lot closer and pop pop on the dude and not hit her ..
closer , better view , better angle , better where to hit him ..

i think he pulled that first shot and got her then him .. she grabbed her side

As for the first video I am all for what that officer did since I'm guessing there is more to the story than just a vehicle chase

There was another thread on cops need for full auto i believe it was about NYPD with autos during new years "show of force" or some BS like that .. Made no sense to me then and and makes no sense to me now and this is the perfect example why. The minute your actions put the general public at risk you have just become as big of a problem as the person your going after.

full auto is based on percentages the use of full auto its pretty much a given that you anticipate missing the target and need more shots to do the job. Its reckless!
