No they don't. Unjust laws and those that enforce them do. If the law wasn't unjust and against the Constitution as the Founders intended, there would be no crime.
So, if there is a law that is not originally in the Constitution, it is unjust and unenforcable?
Um, what is different?
I did traffic, investigated crimes, I did accident investigations, MP's go under cover. They secure crime scenes and nearly everything else.

A security guard at a library in NYC gets more action than an MP on base. You can't compare an MP with being a real cop. Half the time you play infantry type missions oversees. You may be able to fool someone else. Not me brother. I served in both the Marines and the Army and dealt with the Navy too. 5 years active. 2 reserve.
Uh, duh. And I can only enforce those duly passed by legislative bodies and upheld by courts, which brings us back to the original and only point that matters: the law as defined by Darth holds no meaning at all.
Did you already or when are you going to recertify your pistol permit?

And where, specifically, has SAFE, or more specifically this GA law, been upheld by courts? (Which is STILL a BS standard, as...damn, I've explained this multiple times now...)

In this very thread there’s a post from me where I said I don’t enforce FUAC’s laws because of Heller. Although the circuit court did uphold Safe, I believe Heller over-rules it (and the Sulllivan Laws).

The constitution is the law of the land, it and volumes of writings by the framers of that constitution clearly define what it is and their intent. the supremes do not and have no right to define or redefine the Constitution, but only to hold challenged laws against it and adjudicate as to whether it it is in compliance or not.
The founders never intended and warned about making the supremes the final arbiter's of what is constitutional. Congress long ago gave up vetting new legislation against constitutionality before enacting, it has come to throw the shit against the wall and see what sticks.
We the People are the final arbiters either in a peaceful manner through our vote or in a violent manner through rebellion, both methods were discussed and even encouraged by the framers.
We have a chance to restore our republic, DRAIN THE SWAMP!
