That kid has no idea why he's not standing, has likely never experienced any sort of persecution, repression, or discrimination as a result of the United States, it's government, or military to warrant his "protest". I wasn't a bully, but I did assert myself as to stay high up on the pecking order. Therefore I was never fucked with in school.
But I also had a father and a couple of uncle bigfoots that installed toughness in me at a young age.
I know a single mom ( wife's friend ) that has a son that gets picked on in school. I spent some time with him over the summer
doing man things and talked his mom into getting her kid into the school football program.
The kid is toughening up a little and not being picked on as much this school year... It's a start.
The reason that I got involved was, I was asked to by the kids mom and plus a little pushing from my wife.
The kid will most likely go through his whole life like that.

Simple, parents are responsible for the actions of their children. We have no idea what type of underlying issues the victim may have. The kicker is a thug, I have zero use for thugs.

Possibly. Yes. In NY State, a minor, for the most point, cannot be sued, but the parents of that child can be.
Use a better example, punk kid, like the one in the video, punches another kid in the mouth. The kid that gets hit has braces. The braces are damaged and replacements are going to cost 2 grand to fix/replace. The parents of the aggressor are on the hook for that damage.

From this short video, you cannot assertain any injury. You may be correct. If there was ANY injury, assault charges could be filed.
