TSA sucks, but you couldn't bring a loaded pistol on a flight before TSA either so they're not really relevant here lolIndependence reference quick tip:
Any time the TSA is involved, they are the ones in the wrong.
Seriously. Fuck them, and the horse they rode in on. They get far less than no sympathy from me.
I'll take a guy with a large vest and AK-47 yelling "aloaha snackbar" over one second with the TSA.
Other than the fact that, you know, they are taking total credit.TSA sucks, but you couldn't bring a loaded pistol on a flight before TSA either so they're not really relevant here lol
Sorry, not buying the "dumbass" thing.Darth. I'm not here to argue TSA with you man lol. This dumbass tried to get on a plane with a gun in his carry on, you can't do that and couldn't lol.
Well, at least he didn't violate the SAFE Act and have 'high-capacity' clipazines 'cause that would have made it worse somehow.
Uh, no. The picture pretty clearly shows two 7 round mags. The other mag Im guess was for a glock 21 as the article said he was carrying a spare mag with 14 xtra rounds.
No mention if he was charged with having more then 10 rounds
Wong on both counts.maybe because firing a weapon on a plane could breach the fuselage and depressurize the cabin? Everyone in the US knows you can't take a gun on a plane and you're full of it if you think otherwise. I do know you love to play devil's advocate though, so have at it

The depressurization thing is demonstrably false, and I do think otherwise. No devil's advocate here. You still haven't answered the question, so I'll spell it out again:
Why, in America, do you think there are places that "everyone should just know" you can't have a gun? Without a doubt it violates the constitution, so please, explain what was so terribly wrong or stupid with what this man did?
Wong on both counts.

"In front of a COP!"lold @ typo.
We're arguing DIFFERENT THINGS. You're arguing that he should be allowed to bring a gun, I'm not arguing anything to do with that right. I don't really give a fuck, I don't want a loaded gun on a plane but that's got exactly 0 to do with the fact that everyone in the country knows you AREN'T ALLOWED to bring one on a plane, and haven't been able to SINCE BEFORE TSA. So bringing one on a plane is 100% retarded.
If you disagree then I invite you to give it a try. I'll mail you my gopro and buy you the ticket, only requirement is that you record and post everything.
No? You don't want to do that? WHY NOT?
Then they'd be wrong, as that completely unrelated incident has nothing to do with shooting a gun in a plane. This sums it up quite clearly:Sorry Darth, but I think the people who were on Aloha Airlines Flight 243, including the stewardess who was sucked out and killed might disagree with you on that point...

Until the government, TSA, gets involved. Hence the clear violation.Airlines are private anyway. Laws or not, it will be against their policy to carry a firearm onto a flight. He shouldve known better, as basically the whole world knows this. Careless.

Wrong.Incorrect. Airlines are private. There is nothing unconstitutional about restricting guns on their private planes. You can indeed carry in an airport. You just cannot in the holding pen before boarding the private planes.
As far as the guy knowing, there are pictures posted every 10 ft while in line before getting to the X-ray machine which is not used for detecting broken bones. Another tell is the guy with the wand standing there searching people.
The guy was stupid or forgetful and you are being a dick for defending him as if he didn't know.
Airlines pay the TSA to screen their passengers.Wrong.
TSA is a government entity. Airlines have no control on that aspect.
If it were truly up to the private business, I'd be fine with it. It's not.
Your thoughtful opinion of me continuesto mean nothing.
And the federal government pays the states to have a 21 drinking age.Airlines pay the TSA to screen their passengers.
