While I personally don't agree with people saying or typing what most of us consider typical hate speech, it's their right to do it under the 1st amendment. It doesn't matter who says it's hate speech. It doesn't matter if it IS hate speech. They're free to spout shit about whatever they want. It becomes a problem when somebody acts on it. Maybe you could stop someone from doing something bad by invading their privacy and violating their rights but that's not OK either.
